Cooked purple cauliflower last night as a side dish for my chicken parmesan.

The purple cauliflower is lighter in flavor, softer in texture, but damn it was delicious.

I cooked the whole head at 450, drizzled with oil, for about fifteen minutes. It needed no salt. The head was the size of two average fists placed together.

My school colors are Purple and Gold, and purple and gold cauliflower is out there. I know what'll be on my next batch of shishkabobs.

I really want to like fish and chips, but every time I have it I'm disappointed with the way the fish tastes.

that is always the problem. My wife can't stand fish and I constantly reassure her that it is because she ate bad fish. You get yourself some good fish, have it cooked right and you change your mind. Fish is probably the #1 food that really needs to be done right. You can't mask it with sauces like you can with a bad steak.

Right, I've had proper fish done in a nice restaurant and I've made fish myself at home and I've enjoyed it. But those were all some form of grilled or seared fish.

I usually eat fish twice a week. One of my most insane creations includes putting instant dried coffee on salmon. It's delicious.

One of my worst insane creations was a margarita chicken. I achieved the goal of making the chicken taste like a margarita, which I should have thought about the result before prep. Green chicken that tastes like a cocktail is gross. *barf*

I didn't barf.

One of the things I always think of making when I'm nowhere near in a state to go shopping and I never think of when I'm actually planning meals is tuna steaks. I've had a couple at restaurants and they're amazing.

I've never had a good tuna steak. Always tastes like hot canned tuna.

Rather have it raw in sushi, but it's always possible I haven't been to the right restaurant.

Snoop Dogg should open a chain of Vietnamese street food joints named "Pho Shizzle". That stuff would sell.

Out here Flava Flav opened a fried chicken restaurant......it closed due to health code violations.

Either way that sounds like a contradiction since flava flav doesn't sound like a southerner and more like a northerner would've been faking southern food

It really wouldn't surprise me if someone else had done that already. Years ago I was working a convention in California and a bunch of guys were there wearing shirts from a place called "What the Pho".
