Last year I had $150 to spend on a birthday gift and it just so happened that a copy went up on eBay BIN for $150, but a copy of Lords of Thunder also went up and a cheap copy of MM5, and well, you can guess which option I opted for...

It's not that i'm unhappy with my selection, but Dungeon Explorer II could've been mine!!

Anyways... if you have a copy you're looking to get rid of... PM me...

Dracula X and Mega Man X3 are two games I've been looking to buy for almost three years now and I've never found NA copies that I've been satisfied with, either price-wise or condition-wise. I've essentially given up the hunt at this point.

I gave up looking for those and got the SFC verions for cheap instead, also Dracula XX on the SFC is superior to the SNES version as the SNES version censors the blood and makes it white.

I have a few Neo Geo MVS games I have given up tracking down for a reasonable price, Pulstar, Ganryu, SNK vs Capcom SVC Chaos (cart version), and Twinkle Star Sprites.

I'm also kicking myself for not buying Guardian Force (not Heroes) for the sega saturn last year it was going for $50 BIN on ebay all day and I had the opportunity to buy a copy for $35 direct from Japan but I was overbudget so I passed. Just look at the prices now O.O

I never find Super NES games they're just not around here for some reason.

As for consoles, I've literally never even seen any of the usual hard to find ones like 3DO, etc. Only exception was a Neo-Geo with two sticks at a retail used shop with zero games. I did nab a heavy sixer, although god knows how/when I'll get it to work. Could've had three actually but it seems they shine has been well worn off on those judging by the going rate.

Game Boy "Indiglo" Light.
I walked into a random shop one day and inquired about one they had behind the counter. They took down my number and said they'd call me after it had been tested.
Never happened :( .
I also can't justify spending more than $50 on one (especially when Game Boy Pockets can be modded to better effect).

Brigandine (PS1).
I've come to terms with never owning this game. I'm pretty sure I had a couple chances to nab it at a decent price too (~$30). I was swayed by a negative review about it back then. I shall never trust another.

Keio Flying Squadron (SCD)
I have NEVER seen a copy of this game IRL. Sega CD games used to be (and still is probably) the 1st thing I run to in a used game section, so I've seen my share. Blue plastic cases just glow for me (followed shortly by white cases :) ). But not in any of my searching did I ever even catch a glimpse of this quirky shooter.
-----also Snatcher, but I don't want to talk about it------

Turbografx ANYTHING
This was just never fun enough to even consider collecting for. I did run into a bare system once (no power cord, no controller, no A/V cord) at a Goodwill once, but passed as I just never see games for it. I kind of regret it now, because nowadays, a TG16 with a flash card could be quite satisfying.

Giga Wing 2 (DC)
I have a very respectable (IMO) Dreamcast collection. I acquired a good amount of quality games back when it was at the dying end of it's life cycle. But I never found a copy of this and is just too hard to hunt down these days. It's not grotesquely expensive online, but not worth the dollars it commands to me.

I could list a dozen others (and may yet), but I'll stop here.
...just another lost soul...

The Sega Saturn.
It's not that I've never seen one at a price I don't like, I've never actually physically seen one. Here's hoping it will pop up in an Op Shop one day, and not a pawn store for three billion trillion dollars.

I also wouldn't mind a 3DO, but I don't think they were even released here.
