If anyone knows about these last two let me know. They looked like they had potential to be good at least.
Shadow of Destiny I played way back when the PS2 was new-ish. I enjoyed it. If you like the Heavy Rain kind of adventure/VN/interactive story thing, it's an interesting one. Hardcoregaming 101 has an article on it.

I haven't played Echo Night Beyond though.

Been a long while since having anything worth bragging about but got lucky by accident today. On a whim pulled into a flea market nearby that has recently moved locations. I haven't seen the new digs yet so pulled in to do a quick wall through and found these sitting right by the door. Everything is complete and minty fresh. Even has the posters and registration cards in them. Paid a whopping 6.41 total after tax. Sunset riders is an upgrade to my copy all around and the other two are new to the collection. Very pleased to say the least.

Probably not a good deal but I saw the game a few years back and thought it sounded interesting. Thanks to my mistaken coupon I cashed in earlier I ended up getting brutal legend free for ps3

Not exactly a find, but I just finished this Gamecube for someone.

US/JP Region switch installed
XenoGC modchip
Blue 5mm LED

I think it looks subtle enough to look better than the stock LED. Thoughts?

I got a lot of stuff today and spent way more money than I had intended. I'll start with the my best grab. I spoke to the owner of an indoor flea market I frequent about 6 months ago in regards to an N64 lot she picked up at a garage sale. She paid $15 for the system and a bunch of games and was wondering what to sell them for. I just remember telling her the sports games were worthless and she shouldn't sell them for more than $1 each. She was none too please with that and I guess they just sat in the back since then. I poked my head in today to see if they got anything new and she said she still had all the stuff and couldn't remember what I had told her about the values and asked if I could look at the stuff because she wants to finally put it out. There were maybe 30 games, mostly wrestling, Rugrats, and other sports stuff. I picked out the good games and told her what she should sell them for if she wanted to be fair about the price but also move them so they don't sit. She said she'll sell the system with all the crappy games for $30. This stuff that I set aside I told her should be between $45-55 total and it would definitely sell. I had no intention of trying to set low prices in order to lowball her but she told me take whatever I want for $25...

Then there's the rest fo the stuff... A good chunk of this came from one guy. He really wanted to get rid of his stuff so he gave me "a good deal" the the 2 N64s (expansion paks, crap thumbsticks) & some lame games, the NES with a few games, a PS2 Slim, and the Halo Xbox. I was happy with the price for the bundle and most of it is spoken for as I have a lot of people asking me to look out for stuff but I did the dumb-dumb and didn't inspect everything thoroughly first. The Xbox is toast. It works but it has water damage (the rust can be seen from the bottom) and has also been opened before. The inside just looks like shit under the metal shielding and I'm going to have to sacrifice an original non-Halo Xbox so I can at least break even. I have one and my buddy who I bought it for doesn't want in the condition it's in. I may just mod it and keep it in my repair workshop. It was $30 so I'm not going to cry about it but I need to pay better attention out there.

Other highlights include Smash Bros on Wii for $2. The Twilight Princess doesn't have a disc (big shocker) but did have a memory card which I got along with the case & manual for free from the seller. $15 for the 2 Game Boys & games.
"Oh great, another box of useless sh*t."

Main Collection: http://connect.collectorz.com/users/ynj ... collection - Not looking to move anything on this list but would entertain offers.

Here's what I've managed to find in the last week or so, all courtesy of my favorite local thrift store.

First up, some PC games:

Image

Super Collapse 3 (Because I need something a little more lighthearted every now and again, damn it  ) - $0.50
Alone in the Dark: The New Nightmare - $1
Star Wars: The Old Republic - $1.50
American Mcgee presents:Bad Day LA - $1

I usually stick to pretty old PC games, so I'm not even sure if I can play Star Wars or Bad Day LA on my old laptop (probably not). I think the others should run fine and Super Collapse 3 is also Mac compatible, so bonus for me.

PS2 games:

Image

Wallace and Gromit in Project Zoo
Aqua Teen Hunger Force in Zombie Ninja Pro Am
Harry Potter Quidditch
Tony Hawk Underground 2
- $1.50 each

The thrift store has actually had an influx of PS2 games recently, but a lot of them have been pretty scratched up or something I already own.

I also picked this up on Thursday as I was wandering around:

I guess someone nearby bought the Reach Legendary Edition and got tired of the statue. It's big and looks great, but it's also heavy and feels cheap as hell. But that's okay. I only paid $4 for it :P

Last, but not least, this showed up in the front window:

Image

TI-99/4A - $15

As you can see it came with a frack-ton of paperwork, enough to rival the weight of the system. If you're wondering, no, I don't really know if it works. It turns on, but there was nothing for me to hook it up to and no software/games to test it on even if I could.

The system itself looks to be in great shape (though the box has seen better days), so I took a chance on it. If nothing else it's an interesting piece of gaming history and the earliest system I have ever come across in the wild.

If anyone has any suggestions, pointers or can give me a good idea of the best way to hook this bad boy up, feel free to let me know.

That looks like Snowboard Kids at the front of the N64 games. If so, I would argue that you definitely walked away with a gem. Nice haul overall! :)

That's the MMORPG, FYI, not the standalone game which is Knights of the Old Republic (or KOTOR II).
