Also, PC games can be on multiple machines at once. So if you build up a MAME cab that can run the PC games too (like ... if you built a new PC) You'd have these games available on that as well.noiseredux wrote:Like I said in the other thread, if a new game comes out on PC and Ps3, I will buy it on PC. My PS3 is an old fatty hooked up to a CRT. My PC is nice and new.
That said, if it looks like Ultra is very active here on PS3, I would prob grab it there too. If not then I'm fine w/ just having AE as a console option.
Though, that's not common.

well outside of my actual gaming PC, I have 2 streaming Steam boxes in the house. One of which is in the basement setup like a cab.Cronozilla wrote:Also, PC games can be on multiple machines at once. Well, we found out Ultra isn't compatible with previous versions, and under the info when you buy the Ultra upgrade, it says you can't revert back to AE or Super. Huh.

wow. That's kinda... wrong. Damn.foxhound1022 wrote:Well, we found out Ultra isn't compatible with previous versions, and under the info when you buy the Ultra upgrade, it says you can't revert back to AE or Super. Huh.
So another reason to get the physical release of Ultra if you already own AE and have friends still playing AE.
Re: Racketeer Weekly Fight Nights: Resurrection!
So I guess Ultra isn't backward compatible for netplay, cause fox and I were having trouble getting into each other's lobbies. Sorry about that, Donnie.
Dave, we agreed $5K on that money match, right?
I'll play HDR.

Thanks for sparring with me TSTR. After the connection problems with fox my stick stopped responding well (it would get "stuck" in a position for a while) so I am not sure what happened.
But yeah, fox and I couldn't connect at all
