Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
Ugh I just realized when I picked up AC for ps3 that this game is plagued by the same thing that watch_dogs has wrong with it....the dang loading screens... Why does ubi feel the need to torture me so with the loading screens

Yep....they had III at the pawn I went to, but I guess this is just part of my nuttiness but I like playing the games in order if I'm going to play a series. i think after playing retro games for as long as i did I'm on a 3d marathon of games to get and play right now. I'm still playing the old ones, but these newer 3d ones sound really interesting for some odd reason

Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
Yea, the first one is pretty meh by today's standards. I always say to skip the first and jump right into the second one, which is a big improvement in almost every way.

Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
I actually think it is the best course of action in Assassin's Creed games. The first is very repetitive, basically being go here, find out info, kill this person, repeat. II onward actually have better stories and missions and you can see what happened in previous installments.
Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
The first Assassin's Creed was just a tech demo, "ooooooh look how far you can see around you, you can actually go there!".SirGawain wrote:I actually think it is the best course of action in Assassin's Creed games. I liked the first AC game but couldn't get into the second. AC4 is awesome, though.
Re: Random Gaming Thoughts
Despite thinking that ACII is a better game, the actual assassinations of people hasn't been good since the first one, IMO. Disclaimer: I haven't played ACIII or ACIV.dsheinem wrote:I liked the first AC game but couldn't get into the second. AC4 is awesome, though.
