I just got charged $32 from Stamps.com and I can't get my credit card company to reverse it.
They kept attempting to charge me $16 for the past few months but I always kept that card empty because it would decline it. Well I messed up and put $50 on it today and almost immediately I got charged that service fee for something I never used or agreed to. I was assured by customer service 3 months ago that my account was cancelled. It may not seem like much but having any amount of money stolen from you is too much.
Good news is that I have a job interview tomorrow morning at a retail store.

Stamps.com does seem oddly fraudulent. They tried to charge me once too for some monthly fee but I went after that instantly and took care of it. To be frank I think you should be way more aggressive about such things in the future, I make sure I know where all my pennies are officially going at all times.

You need to learn to take pleasure in idiots screwing themselves over. It's great entertainment.Forlorn Drifter wrote:Well, it seems like a bunch of dumbasses in my class want to pull senior prank tonight. The plan? To tag the school. "Shitty person tries to do shitty thing and it backfires" is basically every Seinfeld episode. It truly is remarkably entertaining.

As pandering as this sounds, this is what happened to me last Saturday:
Ticked - When mowing the lawn I got to talking with a neighbor and he needed some help to clear out a shed and cut down some branches for a fence he is putting in. So I get over there and help him cut down a bunch, including a vine on one of my trees that we both thought was Virginia creeper, but was poison ivy. Then in his shed there was a bunch of old junk that we loaded into his truck so he could take it to the dump. In this junk were a bunch of broken buckets and tools, and a water heater. So even though I have a riding mower, I got poison ivy up and down my arms and moved a waterheater. When I put it all together I called Ack who promptly made fun of me.
Smiled - My wife on the other hand went out and bought medicine for both the body and the mind, she bought Ducktales Remastered and Mario Kart 8 (she had apparently been saving for both without my knowledge). And yes, both of them are amazing. Ducktales makes me smile the whole time, even if I know most of the tricks and that some of the voices are slightly off - time and some of the original voice cast has passing on does that. You can tell that Alan Young was having a ball being Scrooge again with it though.
Ticked - In looking at my arms, I am going to have to shave them to best this infection.

Ouch... I've never gotten poison ivy even though I used to run through the trails in the woods by my house as a kid. Hell, I wouldn't even know what leaves to watch out for.
Landlord's dog had puppies! Ten German Shepherd puppies.
He's concerned the mother doesn't know what to do and insists on hand feeding them. She seems concerned enough and I bet if he fed her some extra food, she would be able to produce enough milk for them.
So guess who has to take care of ten German Shepherd puppies all week. I've been letting the mother come in the house and watch over them even though he told me not to. She's not producing enough milk though, so I still have to hand feed them.
