I've had a good run of finds recently.
Picked up a Super Princess Peach for the DS this week for about $18. I've been looking to try that one out for a few months now. Found it complete at Half Price Books.
I also picked up one of those Power Joy PJ-008 clones for 3 bucks at a resale store. Had no clue what it was at the time but it looked interesting.
Last of all, I bought a 500 GB White PS3 with extra remote and most of the Pinball Arcade tables on it, and discs for:
  • Williams Pinball Hall of Fame
    Batman Arkham City
    Tekken X Street Fighter
I'd picked up Little Big Planet, Ratchet & Clank, and the ICO/SotC a few months ago, so I'm happy to start playing some games on this new console.
Best of all, the seller is a pinball aquaintance, and we played a few games on his minty collection of 1960's Gottlieb wedgeheads. :D
Systems: Pong, Odyssey2, Atari 2600, NES, CDX, SNES, N64, Saturn, DC, PS1, PS2, PS3, Xbox, GCN, Wii, Xbox360, OUYA
Handhelds: GB, GBC, GBA, DS lite, DSi, Virtual Boy (<< is that even a portable?)
EM Pinballs: Bally Dixieland, Gottlieb Flying Carpet
SS Pinball: GTB Circus, GTB Count-Down, GTB Close Encounters of the Third Kind, Stern Lectronamo, Stern Galaxy, Bally Black Pyramid

The cart with that has a pretty good selection of games including the Panda Mario hack.

Got this early era Samsung HDTV from Goodwill:

$6.60 and some change. It displays in 480p and 1080i, manufactured in 2005. Works great, no remote. Finally have a decent TV for Wii and PS2 level of gaming. It was a dog to carry up a flight of stairs. 120 pounds T_T

U.N. Squadron $2.95

They had a few other games for SNES at the pawn shop but this is the only one that stood out. Super Mario World was $5 surprisingly.

HDTV for $6 ? whats this world coming to. This is so low it is scaring me. I wonder why the Seller even asked for a price, he might as well just give it away

Probably did not want to deal with hauling it off to a recycle center. Really a shame so many HDCRTs here in the U.S. get dumped just to have the flat screen because they are light. Do people really need the light TV as if they plan on moving it all the time? The newer TV has a sharper HD pic, but loses out for the non HD signals. I'll stick with the HD tube to get the best for all the inputs.

@ storino03 - Nice Find! Hit the swap meets and ask the eletronics worker at various Thrift Stores. The stores usually have a drawer full of remotes at the test stand drawers.

Or just snag an inexpensive Universal Remote. Even your Cable Box or Satellite Dish remote has a universal built in. A spare can be picked up from the Cable/Satellite store on the cheap.
