Does knowing how a TV works no longer make it a "Magic light show box" or a car no longer a "Explosions make the wheels go round wagon" too? I find it just as interesting to know the little details that go into things as well as the overall picture. *shrug*

No it scares the hell out of me. My TV show friends are being held at CRT Gun point inside that box and every time I try to let them out I get shocked like the dickens.

I don't like to view live music concerts/shows on YouTube or TV or whatever.

I like to picture music as something transcendental and not a bunch of dudes with guitars.

Really? I think it enhances the "magic." It's like how knowing that stars are balls of gas doesn't make them any less beautiful.
I take your point and I, too, like knowing how stuff works. But when it comes to a work of fiction (book/movie/tv show/game), that kind of stuff generally falls into the category of "immersion breaker" to me.

I actually bought one yesterday, I'm trying to set it up right now. It's all very doable, but the OUYA doesn't make it entirely simple!

(What's this credit card required, bullshit!? I gave it testcard numbers, but wow, you can't use the device without putting a card on file? That's absolute horseshit!)

Just found out about the Oretachi Geasen Zoku Sono series on PS2.

I love stuff like this. Too bad the games can't be found for cheap anymore (if eBay is any indication).

Yeah, they're pricey. I have Sonic Wings and Thunder Cross. The latter was pretty pricey and was never ported anywhere else.
