The loading in LittleBigPlanet is really hampering my enjoyment of that game, and I may have to burn the ISO file tonight.

Lunar and Ys VI have some rough load times, that's for sure.

Well the vita one has load times, but honestly I guess I've played so many games with load times especially longer load times that these don't bug me...

Too bad there's no way to go back for a few weeks so you guys won't get on my case about it. I honestly prefer to play them this way so that I actually get use out of the umds more than ripping them(not to mention the other reasons I already put in the thread....). Same theory I have for not getting games for other systems that I won't play. I don't want a game sitting on a shelf I want to be playing it at least every once in awhile when I do have the urge to play it, the way it was intended for the physical version...

I wouldn't worry about it. It's your stuff. I understand both sides of the debate here. I personally liked having a jack of all trades system with the PSP but that doesn't mean everyone else does too (just a majority of the people  ).

I do agree about the CFW minimizing the wear and tear on the system and reducing load times. But, if you like the UMD's in the system, go for it.

yeah ultimately it doesn't matter, it's your stuff, but i just don't understand why on earth you wouldn't want to increase the longevity of your system by ripping the games to the memory stick. "i'll fix it later" sounds flimsy at best.
