When you don't want the game, it will show up to you

I love it when rare games appear before you and all you have to do is leave 2 dollars on the counter. Oddly enough, most of my rare games came to me unexpectedly. I think Suikoden 2 was the only game I paid 100 dollars for.

While on the subject of games we don't want, fuck the PS1 and it's entire backlog of bullcrap.

I really would not like to be bothered with a low-priced copy of windjammers. No sir.

This is my favourite part of the hobby, searching around the wild and see what turns up. Very rarely will I pay the overinflated prices on eBay :)

I found a copy of super metroid for $1 yesterday. No way I was paying $40 for it.

Sort of had this happen to me yesterday. I'd mostly given up on finding a non ridiculously priced copy of Wiseblood - Dirtdish on CD, though I'd just casually check the W section at used CD places for grins. Found a minty copy for $1.99 yesterday. It's a later domestic reprint too, so it has the contents of the 2 vinyl only singles on it.
