Is anyone here a carpenter?

Post by jackspicer »

How much money would it cost to build a complete replica of the mansion in re1, this is including the underground labs, tunnels, other buildings, helipad, ect... would 50 mill cover it? And you dont need to be a carpenter to answer, i would love to hear some opinions on this subject

No carpenter could answer alone. You need to factor in price of land, cost of obtaining goods and going rate for local labour. As it so hugely varies all over the world from district to district... yeah.

Also, there'd be the really awkward questions:
"Yeah, so, like that, but could you make the key actually be a jewel I put in this statue's eye?"

HAHAHA

50 million could do it if you were in the right place.

Considering that the people I used to garden for had a very large mansion ocean side on Palm Beach Island. They had it on the market for about 50 million and you're talking about a place where land is sold by the square yard instead of acre. That place was weird, they had statues just laying, literally, not even on a stand or anything, just laying around worth like 60K. I just wanted to whack it with the lawnmower or something. See if they'd notice.

Build it on PB Island!? NOOO

Build it out in the surrounding villages of Bucharest Romania, yes! And probably at far less then 50 million.

Would you be in the tabloids for being the most wasteful millionaire on Earth? Of course!

I don't know if full replica is something that should be looked into.... but I've always wanted a book shelf door or trick room. When i finally own my own place it is the first thing to do on the list.

I actually thought this question would either be about Mario [before he became a plumber], or perhaps Jesus.

Cannot wait until I can afford not to rent any more. I really want to build my own house instead of buying one. It will be full of little places that nobody would notice. Having a games room with a revolving book case would be the best thing in the world ever. IT doesn't matter how impractical it is. Think of the carnage you could cause with friends. (until they figure it out and then you realise what a waste of money it is)

I still think it's worth it though.

if i had enough money to buy the house i would hire actors to dress up like zombies and just walk aroung all day...Kinda like NathanBarnatt did in that gamestop commercial, same with the giant spiders they are either going to be guys in suits or i'll call some disney imagineers to build me some robots
