Nope, no stage exclusive songs. At least the songs will carry over to the next stage if you are playing in Championship mode, which is nice if you chose to put in a 9-minute song.

Oh sorry. I used AFS Explorer 3.7. Forgot where I found it. Its the only program that i've used that preserved the file names.
