Replacing the Internal Speaker of the Game Gear

Hello all,

I'm back to bounce some things off some members here,

I was last night playing Sonic 1 on my good later edition Game Gear (has the licence screen and better screen) and I noticed that the sound was a bit off towards the end of the game (actually I noticed it after completing the game)

My first thought was it was the caps so to check I opened my project Game Gear and took that board and put it in my good GG since I already recapped that board but it was the same leading me to think its the actual speaker.

So what I am thinking is, its time to replace the actual speaker which may be worn but need some idea's as to where to nab one and is it possible to find one that may be better quality than the stock one.
