There's a 60% chance that the sentiments expressed in the above post are not sincere, and the insincerity of said statements is proportional to the perceived retardation of the sentiment, and inversely proportional to the intelligence of the reader should he or she find the sentiment less than intelligent.

Yeah, on pcenginefx.com we've been watching this for a few days now. The fellow posted about his collection a couple years ago, I guess, and since this list is pretty much the same as then he's apparently just sat on it the whole time.

How are there people willing to spend the $11k+ to purchase this? That's the real question. I mean, that's more games than you have time to play in your lifetime.

And in Japanese at that!

I don't know, it just takes all the fun out of collecting. I mean going to ebay for a few hard to finds from time to time is cool in my book. Especially when you REALLY want to play the game and it's really your only choice to play it.

But I mean come on... what are you gonna say about this!?

"Yeah, this is 480 games I bought for 11 grand. I said screw my kids college tuition and invested in software for a defunct piece of hardware."

And the nut job cancelled the auction, even though it hit $12 k. What a maroon.
