They're owned by McDonald's by the way.
And they're open until 10PM, in my area, that's a godsend. (There are restaurants here that close at 6PM for some reason).
This will be great in Maine, where - as far as I can tell - everything shuts down at 7.

(Seriously...I arrived in the Portland airport at 8:30 PM the last time I visited, and all of the restraunts and stores were closed and shuttered.)

^ That's a chronic problem in Maine. Sundays are especially brutal.

Back to Chipotle, my main problem with it is the fact that it's always too damn crowded and there aren't enough seats. 75% of the time I go there I get my food to go and eat on the lawn directly outside.

Ugh... North Dakota was like this too. I've never experience such torture before moving to Minot. Everything freaking closes SO early and it's even worse on Sundays. Half the shops don't even open on Sunday, and the ones that do are only open from like 12pm-3pm. Absolutely maddening. I worked night shift there, and luckily the Taco Bell stayed open late.

i can't get behind this sentiment. for me it goes:

local joints > Chipotle > Qdoba > Moe's > gas station food > not eating > Taco Bell

Eh, you can get like 50x the amount of toppings on stuff at Moe's, so that gives it the edge for me.

Of course, my favorite burrito joint is Urban/Neo Burrito in Asheville. One of the few things I truly miss about that place.

Wouldn't touch Chipotle with somebody elses taco-greased hands.

:D Get to go out to eat tonight for my Dad's birthday, and Chipotle won't even be an option.

I certainly hope no fast food places are on that list.

Ehh, my Dad can be interesting in his choices on eating sometimes. Once he made us take him to Whataburger at 3 AM for his birthday...

Chipotle and Pantera Bread are NOT fast food.

It's good food done quickly.

I've been meaning to hit up the Olive Garden lately, but my daughter wouldn't be able to deal with the wait times. Dem breadsticks.
