Because as bad as Chipotle is, Taco Bell is worse.
I have gotten violently ill at Taco Bell three times now. Last time I was knocked out hard for two days and sick for a week. Chipotle and I have a much better track record. Granted I usually go to a local texmex restaurant or cook at home, and save my true Mexican food cravings until I go back to Atlanta and hangout at my church. Their is a lady there who makes Tinga that is out of this world.

Smile - Added a 1970s Radioshack A/B Phone switch to my 2013 Avaya phone since I have a headset and receiver at work. For the last year I have been using the headset with the receiver just being a dummy sitting on the cradle. Within an hour of hooking it up IT came by to see why my phone was acting funny. The tech just started laughing after seeing my beige box.
Ticked - One of my counterparts just decided to take vacation and not show up to work today. Busiest part of the month and I am covering all four of our teams...awesome times ahead.

Edit;
Dude Bullritos! I am so jealous Hobie.

Hell, Atlanta is the same way. Why eat at Chipotles when I can go down to Mi Barrio's down the street and have some of the best tamales I've ever eaten? It's just a shame that the family that runs the place closes it for three months every winter so they can go back to Mexico to see family.

Mexican food is one type of food that doesn't have to be particularly good for me to enjoy it. I have had all types, from this amazing 5-star place that had this cinnamon-brazed osso buco all the way down to a Jack-in-the-Box "taco." Love it all. Chipotle is in the middle for me, below Q'doba and well above Taco Bell.

Sriracha CEO Compares California to Communist Vietnam

I hope things work out for him. Not because sriracha is awesome, but because his is the story of a man who escaped hardships to come to America to find his own American Dream and is now having it threatened by external forces.

California confuses me. I'm fairly liberal but even I allow reality to influence my decisions. Californians, as a whole, apparently are willfully ignorant of how precarious their position is. Businesses are leaving, so they raise taxes on those that remain. Citizens are moving away, so they raise taxes on those that remain. They are running out of water yet they continue to pour it over their lush green grass. Crime is through the roof so they cut funding to education and raise tuition rates.

If this whole thing is some lex luthor like plot where California (as a state) declaring bankruptcy coincides with an earthquake where most of the state falls into the ocean, then I suppose this is the way to go. But if that's not the case, then I honestly don't know what their gameplan is. Assuming they even have one, of course.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Naw. Chipotle's boss; wish we had one here. I'm still more than happy with The Bell and Taco John's. I'm w/Stark, I don't know if i've ever had bad Mexican food. Sure, i've had great Mexican food, but that doesn't mean Chipotle doesn't still own.

Yeah, I think Stark made a great point. I've basically enjoyed all Mexican food I've eaten. It's all about perspective.

They're owned by McDonald's by the way.
Not anymore, they haven't owned a piece of that company since 2006.

The only positive things I can say about Chipotle is, one of the reasons McDonald's pulled out, was because they tried to subsidize the food source and the original owner wouldn't let them. So, their food sources is, generally, higher quality than a place like Taco Bell.

And they're open until 10PM, in my area, that's a godsend. (There are restaurants here that close at 6PM for some reason)

In general, I would agree. Some combinations of things taste alright, and it's OK if you just need some food and have no real time. But, overall, it's not great and things like their rice are bland and not remotely cooked properly.
