Wow. 30k miles is a lot for 1 year, usually the guarantee would drop in 3 year or 37,000 miles whichever comes first. I have a car that I used daily for 11 years, and it has only 96,000 miles on it. I do live in a small country though....SirGawain wrote: A 2013 with 30,000 miles with the same or better options will be under $30,000. And that is a vehicle that holds its value pretty well in my area.
You will get used to it. When I got a ps3, I hated the controller because I am used to 360. Now I do not notice it.fastbilly1 wrote: The weirdest of them all is that I cannot find a cursor speed that is just right - they all seem to slow or too fast compared to Windows and LinuxMint/Ubuntu.
Around these parts, people live and die by Toyota. Its the longest survivng, most durable, almost cheapest, highest value retaining car. Its currently 90 F out there, and I consider it a cool day in our weather, and these cars survive this weather. Not sure why they are not so popular in US.darsparx wrote:Just get a '03 civic

I can really only speculate. Like I said, I worked in a super market for almost 10 years, so I could take note of what I saw there. I'm not in people's homes though. I'm sure they're not eating any less, they're just not buying as much. The sad truth is that a lot of food goes to waste in this country. And too many people are over weight, mostly from just over eating and/or eating junk. I think people have been just trying to buy food / spend money more wisely. Buying only what they actually need, and not impulse buying a ton of food they don't actually need. Shopping sales and store brands, buying chicken instead of steak, that sort of thing.RCBH928 wrote: Would you give more details on how people market spending changed? Like they eat less now?
Toyota is insanely popular in the US. I have a 99 Camry myself. They hold their value really good here too.RCBH928 wrote:Around these parts, people live and die by Toyota. Funny thing is you see a very strong combination of both honda and toyota around here. With other brand intermingling since some people have more disposable income over here supposedlyRCBH928 wrote:Around these parts, people live and die by Toyota. HIMYD (how I met your Dad) didn't get picked up. The HIMYM finale crushed the idea.

At first I thought Munch Man was just another boring PacMan ripoff, but when they explained it was 100% machine code, I was like awww snap! Shit just got real! This game is a must buy!catnip wrote:

Indeed, especially Camrys are popular. They're a good car. They're also kind of boring and appliance like to where you don't even notice them everywhere unless perhaps you own one.Ziggy587 wrote:Toyota is insanely popular in the US. I have a 99 Camry myself. Do any of the pipes in Super Mario Bros have running water? Mario is a terrible plumber.

The pipes in SMB aren't for water, they're a poorly implemented mass transit system.J T wrote:Do any of the pipes in Super Mario Bros have running water? Mario is a terrible plumber.
