They're both great, but I think you will enjoy Space Channel 5 more. (It took me some time to get used to it - there are no visual cues for inputs! - but once I did, I had a blast with it and its sequel.) Moreover, you can get through it pretty quickly.

Man you guys are putting a lot of thought into your lists. I whipped mine out of my ass.

I'll probably tackle Alien Syndrome, Fantasy Zone, and Ristar first as all three are on Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection.

Hey now, mine was mostly composed of stuff on my SNES or from GOG that I wanted to beat.

Oh I put thought into mine, just not a ridiculous amount... More like a cursory glance at my shelves...

Zelda II is gonna be rough.

I'd pray for you, but I have The Lost Levels on my list. I won't even worry about starting that one until I'm finished with Daikatana.

Aliens Versus Predator
Batman Arkham Asylum
Dragon's Lair
Fallout
Metal Slug 3
Phantasy Star IV
Sam & Max Hit The Road
Sonic 3 And Knuckles
Tomb Raider Anniversary
Wonder Boy In Monster World

...ok, I think I like this. I went w/ Sam & Max because I have Space Channel 5 in the "stuff to play w/ my wife" pile already. I feel like I'd have more fun w/ it that way than playing it solo.
