FYI - Blockbuster has a pretty sweet deal on used games right now. All games 14.99 and under are Buy 1 Get 1 Free. Today I picked up -
Grand Theft Auto 4 (360)
Nights (Wii)
Manhunt 2 (Wii)
Pinball Hall of Fame - The Williams Collection (Wii)
Fatal Fury Battle Archives 1 (PS2)
Ape Escape 3 (PS2)
Pinball Hall of Fame - The Gottlieb Collection (PS2)
Mercury Meltdown Remix (PS2)
for $38. I already eBay'ed GTA4 for $18 - which means I got the other 7 for $20. Even if some of them turn out to be shit, it was still a good haul.

Re: Blockbuster Sale on Used Games
I cannot speak highly enough about Williams Pinball Hall of Fame for Wii. It's one of the best 3rd party games for the system; my friends and I have spent hours trying to unlock everything and beating each other's high scores. It's fantastic. I wish I could say the same for Nights... It was highly disappointing. The flying levels are very fun, but the levels where you play as the kids suck. A lot.
Overall, you did great. You couldn't buy three Fatal Fury games on the VC for the price of all of that.

My blockbuster was having a similar sale, but all they had was sports and crap. Maybe I showed up too late. -.-
Re: Blockbuster Sale on Used Games
Just checked the two Blockbusters here, and I'm planning to buy 'em and then immediately sell them at a flea market vendor that I know will give more money for than they are priced for. The great thing is, the titles include games like Elebits, No More Heroes, Trauma Center: Second Opinion, SSX Blur, Zack & Wiki, Nights, Unreal Tournament III and a few good games, so even if I can't sell 'em back, I'll still have good games.

Your Blockbuster had a better selection than mine.the7k wrote:Just checked the two Blockbusters here, and I'm planning to buy 'em and then immediately sell them at a flea market vendor that I know will give more money for than they are priced for. As it is though, I got Nights and Trauma Center for 15 bucks. Not bad at all.
Comics, RPG's, miniatures, and now retrogaming? I guess its time to learn to go without eating...

Nothing but sports titles left at mine. Oh well, I shouldn't be buying games with X-mas around the corner anyways.

Anyone know if this is in Canada too or just the US?
Re: Blockbuster Sale on Used Games
I bought Trauma Center: Second Opinion, No More Heroes, Elebits, Zack & Wiki, SSX Blur and Nights for $35 ($38 with tax). I then sold them to a vendor at the flea market for $70. Used that money to get a Dreamcast + controller + VMU (as an X-Mas present; I'll burn a few shooters to go along with it so it'll basically be a full package for the receiver), as well as GTA4 (PS3) and Metal Gear Solid: VR Missions (PS1) for myself.
I was hoping this vendor still had Valkryia Chronicles, but unfortunately they sold it the day before; either way, it was a pretty good haul.
