Well here's one and so sue me: quest for camelot is a decent game. Sure I've never beat it(something always distracted me from it), but the game doesn't seem as bad as most claim and i guess it's just because i grew up with it...and while i'm at it starfox adventures is pretty good too. Sure it may not fit right in the starfox realm but it's pretty fun in my opinion(though it should've been named dinosaur land or whatever it was going to be originally instead if it doesn't fit like everyone says). Ah well guess I'll just sit in a corner playing these "crappy" games...

If it makes you feel any better, I dropped two college morning courses so I could play FFX, and dropped a graduate Monday night class so I could watch MNF.
I really can't see you being obsessed with Final Fantasy X. It just seems so out of left field and not in line with the games I typically associate with you.

What games do you typically associate Luke with? I ask because I'm still not sure how he ended up on this site given the content of his posts in the various thoughts threads.

I sincerely think I need to take a fucking break from Grand Theft Auto. I just beat the first San Andreas stage after another embarrassing amount of time struggling. It's not really that hard, it's that you have to start all over whenever you fuck up. Yeah, you can fail a few missions or get arrested, but getting your multiplier back up takes so long that you might as well start the level over to get a fresh start. This game has been so frustrating that bad habits like spending all damn day on a game and punching my desk/keyboard (which I haven't done in about 3-4 years) have returned. I cannot tell you how angry I was when I accidentally killed myself with a rocket launcher on my last life after hitting the required two million points. :x

I never really play the missions in San Andreas very much, I just like goofing around with the cheats and creating general mayhem.

Wait, there's a point to those games?

Grand Theft Auto 1 & 2 were more arcadey in that you earn points for doing missions and raising hell. In order to beat the stage you have to earn a certain amount of points. In the case of the San Andreas mission I completed, I needed 2,000,000 points.

You ever throw in a minimum bid on ebay and walk away, not expecting you'd actually win?

Yeah... guess I own VB Waterworld now. Opening bid of $50, which is a good $10-15 less than alllll the other copies I've seen listed for the past couple months. I had legitimately forgotten I made the bid until the email came in today.

One game left for a complete retail US collection!
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!
Cheat sheet of my collection, always looking to increase it. 405/677 licensed games, 46/"95" unlicensed
Chronically out of date BST thread
