Ive never had to get use to smoking nor have I coughed from it. you also see how infrequently I smoke. A lot of that is just crap you see in movies.Hobie-wan wrote:I'd argue lighting something on fire then hanging it our of your mouth while it smolders and having had to get used to it and not cough upon inhaling the smoke is pretty clearly a problem. Once an hour is just more of a problem than once a month.TSTR wrote:Cigars are a treat. Luke may be a "cigar smoker" by definition, but unless he's crawling out of his skin three hours after he smoked his last one, I'd say it's not a problem.
Hobie doesn't understand cigars. If he thinks you inhale lungs full of smoke, well, that just makes my argument for me.Jmustang1968 wrote:Ive never had to get use to smoking nor have I coughed from it. you also see how infrequently I smoke. I actually had a friend with that name. He's dead now but man he was fucking nuts and awesome to party with.mjmjr25 wrote:For a long time Luke has reminded me of Kevin Trudeau.
Why yes, I'm completely mistaken. All of my friends that started smoking in high school were all raring to run marathons when they started.Jmustang1968 wrote: Ive never had to get use to smoking nor have I coughed from it. you also see how infrequently I smoke. Yes yes fine, cigar smokers mostly pull it into their mouth and technically inhale means pulling into your lungs. Way to cherry pick my statement. You're still dealing with fire near your face, dealing with remnants of said burning (hopefully without being a littering jerk or setting accidental fires), and dealing with smoke that will turn your teeth, games, and other things yellow.Luke wrote: Hobie doesn't understand cigars. I think the best way to deal with it is to change your mindset.TSTR wrote:Quitting cigarettes is fucking hard.
