My favorite parts are when people try to hide their little baggies of crack in their mouth/other orifices... right in front of the cop.

And then they deny that it's theirs.

Like, dude, what are you doing?

Wasn't there an episode of COPS where they pulled over a guy on a minor infraction and it turned out he was on the FBI's 10 Most Wanted List? Or was that a different ride-along show?

That's pretty much how everyone gets caught as far as I can tell.

PRO-TIP: If you are on the run from the law or smuggling drugs, drive under the speed limit and use your turn signals.

Anything you say can and will be used against you. You think it would be obvious, but the police have to remind people of this fact every time they make an arrest.
Especially when one has celebrity status of some type. Though an ass in an ass is an ass. If he's a jerk, I'm sure it doesn't just exhibit itself at home.

Sometimes I think about collecting MVS and/or CPS games.

But yeah, I see the prices and realize that for one of those games I could buy like 10 Genesis games instead.
This is why you grab games never released on consoles, or butchered in console ports.

I am not a fan of superguns...
Exactly - you want to be focused on what you buy because mistakes will cost you - it's $10-25 a board each time you ship.

Fast is spot on with getting stuff that wasn't ported, or was ported poorly. For example, the entire PGM library.

Now for MVS, sure, some was ported, particularly the fighters, but most of it not very well.

I disagree wholeheartedly on the supergun, though. I play my superguns 5x as often as cabs now - the portability piece is huge for me - I use them in all rooms of the house.

My buddy Papa Paul and I had a drinking game to go along with COPS when we were in grad school.

Rules changed by show, but the usual's were:

No shirt : Drink
Foul language : Drink
Stoned/drunk : Drink
Runner : Drink
Denying evidence : Drink
Crackhead : Drink
Anytime someone says "I swear" : Drink
Anytime someone yells "Ouch!" or "I'm not resisting" : Drink

And if the episode of "Tell the truth Nancy!" was on, we were in for a world of hurt.

Ticked: Found out yesterday that the maths course at a college I applied for isn't going ahead because of low enrolment. I was relying on that, since I needed it to continue my surveying studies. The plan was to finish off the maths this year, and continue onto surveying next year (I did a starter course that didn't requite maths earlier this year).
Now that it's not going ahead, I'll have to wait until next year for another maths course and then continue surveying the year AFTER that :(

Smile: Bought Grim Fandango for $5 over weekend. Going to wallow in my own self-pity and play it all day today.

:? - I went to a orientation earlier for school and sat next to a racist lady. We we're standing in line to pick up our forms and a kid and his mom decided to cut line. She then said "These people (African Americans) always do this kind of stuff". "They need to learn some manners". With a nice audible tone too. After which her son asked her to stop and she said "No, it's true". Cutting line is wrong but i don't think racist remarks were the right response. Idk why but it bothered the crap out of me for the rest of the orientation. I wanted to tell the kid and is mom but didn't as I didn't want to start anything.

:) - The guy held the door for everyone as we left. Well, that's racism for ya.

:) - I'm more than likely a shoe in for the class.

I just beat The Legend of Zelda. :P

It took me about 4 hours. I had no idea what I was doing because I don't have the manual so I kind of cheated using this.

A very fun experience.
