You gonna count the Neo Geo X? Cuz if you mod it to read from SD card, that'll be it. Kindasorta.
The built-in Neo Geo X games + Ninja's Masters + the Mega Pack = an incredibly solid library of Neo Geo games.

Too bad the Mega Pack and handheld itself are still so overpriced.
I'll think about it, because it will save me a lot of money on the arcade stick which I do not own (I hear those are expensive). I never looked at the Neo Geo X as an option because one YouTube reviewer really hated on the system saying that the emulation was bad and critisized the console's build quality.

IIRC , he said modding a PSP is actually a better than buying the Neo Geo X

The stick that comes with it didn't strike me as being of good quality. The system is neat as a curiosity if you can find it cheap, but the suggested retail is way too much.

Nevermind that if you're hacking it and loading it up with ROMs, you might as well just buy a decent stick and emulate on your Mac, or anything else that's convenient.

Contact cleaner doesn't have this problem. It will soak in the sided or small scratches in the plastic layer, but it will dry out completely without damaging it.

I've been doing rubbing alcohol on a paper towel, and the edges of stickers are the only places it's damaging at all. Very very minor like I say, because I've been erring on the side of "Leave some residue", but still annoying.

Either way, it's ending up better than it started so I'm happy.
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!
Cheat sheet of my collection, always looking to increase it. 405/677 licensed games, 46/"95" unlicensed
Chronically out of date BST thread

If you get most of the paper sticker stuff off you can also use a vinyl eraser to work off the leftover goo without damage. It just takes some elbow grease.

Alcohol is really only good at removing some dirt. It's pretty ineffective on adhesive.
It's mostly good for cleaning off skin oils and stuff like that.

If alcohol is getting into the label, let it dry out before you mess with it more. Most of it will evaporate.

Random Gaming Thought:

The Nintendo DS has the best Breakout clones of any system, and Nervous Brickdown is the best one.

It certainly has the best name.

Shinobi is one of the best looking NES cartridges.

The artwork goes well with the black cart.

I heard it's not a very good port though.

That too!

I started playing it last night because I needed something to fill the time until the start of the Summer Gaming Challenge. It is so fun, and I am really enjoying it. Like many 3DS/DS games that use both screens, the "gap" hurts is a bit, but it is still a great looking and creative Breakout clone.

Also, and not counting the versions of Breakout included in retro compilations, here are the Nintendo DS Breakout clones in my collection:

Arkanoid DS
Break 'em All
Devilish
Nervous Brickdown

Am I missing any?

It is OK. It is nowhere near as good as the arcade original, but it is at least as good as the SMS version.
