Patch for Deadly Premoniton PS3? BROKEN.

The frame rate doesn't bother me, but the constant audio skipping is too much for me. It's like listening to a skipping CD. Audio is the most important thing in media. A horrible looking movie can still captivate with good story to any audience, but bad audio isolates everyone. I work in Film for a living. Also, the fact that the first release of this game on 360 has no audio problems then the "enhanced" version that comes out 3 years later is all messed up...it's also just the principal of that damn thing. Swery's name is even on the front of the box like it's approved by him..There is no way he knew the audio was like this. IS the PC version like this?
