Went on a motorcycle ride today and stopped at a gamestop out of town.
Looks like they have converted Fishing Resort (wii) from new to pre-owned so I got a brand new copy with the fishing rod for $13.50

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
got some stuff again!
Found very little gaming stuffs today at the fleamarket. But I did find a rare PS1 controller! For $3.00 I got an SCPH-1180 analog controller. Yay! My second one.
At my local salvation Army thrift store; $10 got me these games complete (although some are a little scratched): oXBOX Outlaw Golf 2; NGC Wrestlemania XIX; PS2 Suzuki TT Superbikes, Rebel Raiders Operation Nighthawk, MTV Celebrity Deathmatch, Midway Arcade Treasures, and Ford Racing 3
Lastly, I went to another thrift store in town and I thought I got lucky when I found a PS3 controller for $5.00; but sadly, when I got home, it didn't work. It says "charge failed" on the PS3. I looked online and they say to reset it by poking the little button. But it doesn't do anything.
But for $5.00 it was worth a shot.
Now.....what to do with it?

Good god man. If nothing else, that SMRPG find is ridiculous. One of the few games that I can't put on my SD2SNES, actually want to play, and don't have a copy of.nullxor wrote:I found a yard sale by taking a wrong turn. $38 for all of this.![]()
Sega Saturn stuff $20
SNES with controller $5
Mario 3 $1.60
Zelda $1.60
Super Mario Kart $1.60
Super Mario Kart $1.60
Super Mario RPG $1.60
Bubble Bobble $1.75
Digimon World 2 $1.75
GrimGrimoire $1.75
Wanna sell it for 10x what you paid??
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!

This is a pretty ridiculous haul. I've never seen anything like this at a yard sale. And all because of a wrong turn? I would have played the lottery that day as well, there was some luck on your side that day, for sure.nullxor wrote:I found a yard sale by taking a wrong turn. $38 for all of this.![]()

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
I wish Digimon World 2 was complete but it was just a CD binder full of PlayStation games. Mostly AAA titles like Spyro. I should have bought the whole binder but the owners let me pick through it for some because they were supposed to have someone come put prices on everything because they didn't know the value on anything. I tried not to haggle on things but around here they get insulted if you don't. She forced me to pay about 50% less but whatever. My girlfriend wants to play Super Mario RPG through so I can't get rid of that one unfortunately. Some stuff I got is going towards my PC Engine/Turbo Everdrive fund. I never cared for the SNES.
Im kind of mad that I found this place because I was supposed to buy a Saturn/front-loader CD/Genesis bundle for $40 but spent all that I had in my wallet here. Thankfully he's going to hold it for me but I'd rather be playing Shining Force or Popful Mail than any of the stuff I bought yesterday, but I guess it works out.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
Nice little day:
Battletoad NES $8
Bram Stoker's Dracula Genesis $3
Gameboy Advance system $12
Bust-A-Move Universe 3DS $5
Got a 3DS XL recently and thought it'd be nice to find a GBA eventually to have it all covered, so I was happy that presented itself. Piece of tape holding the batter cover but oh well.

Re: Video Game "Look what I found"
I was, but I just wish I had more than $38 in my pocket. There was tons of more stuff but today there's someone going there to price everything video game related for them. After they told me that I just had to make out like a bandit with all the valuables. The only thing I bought for myself was the Saturn stuff, Mario 3, Zelda and the SNES controller.Snatch1414 wrote:nullxor weren't you the one that was getting frustrated not being able to find anything ?Nice finds!
