The Good or Bad?
Gamestop once again is having a buy 2 get one free on under $20 used games. This is a good thing in adding to the library. However, for me it is not often I buy three games at once, perhaps others are the same? The free third game will always be the least expensive, an extra game impulse thrown in just to get anything free? Loss of that uncommon game from someone else that really is looking for it. :?

I mentioned about inexpensive limited releases of XSeed games going up in value on the previous page. Atlus releases such as Shiren are also uncommon. Once the supply runs its course at Gamestop or Amazon the price might shoot up. Already picked up this game locally for under five bucks, there are others waiting out there on the cheap!

Huh, I might have to make note of that game, never heard of it(and do enjoy atlus series). I really need to keep tabs on atlus releases since I've not really played a game of theirs through nearly fully since "Summon Night" and I do mean our version of Summon Night. Now if only I could figure out how to search by publisher again on gamestops website...that was such a useful tool to find my favorite publishers at one time and I've not bothered to remember how to do it until now :?

He's just saying that because of how the coupon works the game "worth" the least will be the one they give you free. So if you got games that cost $19.99, $19.99, and $9.99 the $9.99 one is the one you get free.

Using the power of the game stop site you can always just do what I do make a shopping list to maximize the value of your purchase.

Just do pick up at store to find whats in stock and make a multi tiered list for each price level. You might want to hit the same store 2-3 times if you find alot of games with different price ranges.

I think it's more an issue of the order they get scanned in than needing to do separate transactions. I bought three cheap Wii games ($3-6 range) and three $15-18 games for PS3 and 360, and got one Wii game "free" and one PS3 game "free" (really more of a create-a-bundle if you think about it).

Might be prudent to split things up if you have more than 2-3 sets of 'em though
