Holy crap, I never finished talking about Yu Yu Hakusho. I finished it a week ago.

The Chapter Black arc (or whatever the hell it's called) was okay. I honestly don't remember much about it. Except the ending, and Kuwabara doing almost nothing really. They said he was important to the plot, but he did almost nothing of consequence the whole arc. And he wasn't even present for the final one.

Anyway, the big showdown with Sensui was pretty awesome at first...
but then it went Dragon Ball Z, imo, and he became so super powerful. I thought it would have been cool if Koenma was the one who stopped him with the pacifier. Maybe Sensui could've have been the one villain Yusuke wasn't strong enough to beat on his own. Instead, he becomes like the most powerful thing in the universe or something, and I just roll my eyes.
Eh, it was okay. I feel the same way about the final arc. It had a very interesting back story though. I kind of wish it didn't just end in a tournament though. Overall, I say Dark Tournament was the best, but the later two arcs are close. Yu Yu Hakusho at large is pretty good, but definitely not the greatest.

Right now I'm watching Nisekoi, which is another high school love romance anime. Though I do like it because the set-up of having to be in a fake relationship and a bit of a twist on the childhood promise
with the main character from what I know most likely made the same promise with three or more girls just that he was so young he combined them all into one.
It is only up to episode 14 right now but I'm really enjoying it.

Another one I'm watching is One Week Friends, which is a show which the main character has to make friends with a girl every week due to short term memory loss. It reminds me of 50 First Dates but in a less creepy way because it is really touching on how he wants her to get new memories and how the friendship is working out for him with her. There are only 2 episodes out but I like how it is already turning out.

I definitely disagree with you. That said, that's why opinions exist! Yay! And, overall, you enjoyed it, yeah? I am glad to hear that :D

Gurren Lagann....

I'm 7or8 episodes in and man, I really don't know what to think of this show. I'm not ready to give up on it yet but it just hasn't grabbed me yet.

The show does change in setting/scope multiple times, so, it might depend on what you see as missing.

Just finished Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood not long ago. What an incredible series. I walked away feeling completely satisfied by the ending and can't recommend it highly enough to anyone who hasn't seen it. Admittedly it's a bit of a commitment at 64 episodes, but I can honestly say that every one felt necessary in telling the full story. And at least for me, each arc continued to blow the previous one away in terms of scale and intensity.

Now on to my next series. Not sure what I'll be tackling, but I have a few ideas. Maybe the new season of Mushishi if it's released yet, or Ergo Proxy, which I own on DVD but have never gotten farther than 9-10 episodes with. Could also give Space Dandy a shot. I'm also open to any recommendations you guys might have.

Got my VGA to Composite adapter in today. Old Dell Dimensions 3000 is setup in my room on my old Sony Trinitron time for some fan subbed goodness tonight in the comfort of my bed :).

I really need to figure out how to(besides crunchy roll since I don't have a subscription) to watch anime on my ps4...or I really need to get something like a roku and a switch. Lately I've been watching one piece and fairy tail....really need to finish getting caught up on that those though...I want to try others but it's a lot to keep up with story wise with just those two
