What Anime are you Currently Watching?/Anime Recommendations

Just watched the 2 episodes of Ghost in the Shell: Arise
First off, I liked that Shirow brought back a Fuchikoma-like tank rather than the Tachikomas, but having not watched all his other stuff I wouldn't have appreciated it as much. It seems a little clumsy - both in story (hard to follow mind-hack flashbacks) and animation quality. Still, the action scenes and general feel/atmosphere are awesome. I can't wait for episode 3.

Halfway through Robotics;Notes. If you haven't heard of it before, it's part of the "Science Adventure Series" that Steins;Gate is apart of, so fans of that show should check this out too.

I have enjoyed what I have seen so far. It borrows similar story telling ideas from Steins Gate with the whole conspiracy ideas, although the setting is the year 2019 so expect some more advanced technology in this one. I'll admit its not for everyone as it starts some what slow, however, things eventually get amped up in ep 11 so don't give up on it.

Anyone got any good anime recommendations for longer series. I like to marathon shows but I end up blowing through most of them in 2-3 days. If I could find some more decent anime shows with 50+ Episodes which I could chew on for a while it would be great.

Not really interested in any school life or shows or anything to slow though.

Any of the Gundam series work for me, even Wing. My favorite is 00 though.

Picked up watching Soul Eater again on Netflix. Started it about a week ago and wasn't super impressed with the first episode seems to be getting better though.

I've found I can't judge anything properly based on the first episode. I usually give a show at least 5 episodes to figure out if I'm going to like it or not.
