So... Is it me or is the original fatty DS ugly as hell?
I was watching metaljesus on YouTube and they showed a picture of the original DS which reminded me of how ugly it is.
Oh and for shits and giggles, look at the prototype which was even uglier!

The DS Lite is pretty disgusting-looking too, definitely not something you buy for looks...

Wow! I don't remember it being that awful.
I looked up the DS Lite and while I agree it's not good looking I don't find it offensive really. That original DS, I wouldn't be caught with that out these days.
In other news: Fire Emblem Radiant Dawn is handing my ass to me. I'm thinking of restarting on Easy.
Normal in Radiant Dawn is much closer to the highest difficulty level of Awakening than it is to anything else. I can't imagine hard mode. I'm only on Chapter 5 but have already spent 3 hours on the game; redoing battles over and over. It's fun but I don't think I'll have the patience later in the game.

It's best to think of Radiant Dawn as being the second half of Path of Radiance, with all the implied difficulty.

The original DS phat is beautiful. Perfect size and weight - plus full GBA support. It's the only model of DS I own or want.

I did some research and interestingly, they tweaked the difficulty for both localizations. Either way I have to restart because I lost Laura and now I don't have a healer which has made the game impossible for me.
I suppose that's what I get for noticing it defaulted to Easy and, having beaten Awakening on Hard, got cocky about my perceived Fire Emblem skills. I DON'T NEED NO EASY!

I am looking for random game advice
1) I have MGS4 , but I only played the original remake on NGC. Is it ok to play this one (given its the last in the series) then play the Snake Eater and Sons of Liberty? Or should I play them in release order?
2) At first I was planning to play the full series of Uncharted, but now I only have 3. Is this type of game where playing any of the games is basically more or less the same thing or is each one worth playing? I made this mistake with GTA series where I played GTA3, Vice, and San Andreas and then I was really burned and tired of the series even though each game was great on its own.
