Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Besides, Pocky ain't that great... Toppo is where it's at. :D
A ) I've been as far north as Ocean City, MD and as south as Winter Park, FL, the latter of which is only ten minutes south of Orlando. And AFAIK, I have NEVER even seen an Asian market, much less a Japanese market. So naturally, I can't just ask someone at one of these market's I've never seen before.

B ) And there are some sites that do wholesale to ppl w/o business ID's.

C ) Such membership places don't typically have hard-to-find import snack foods, and where I live, the nearest Costco-type place is hours away.

D ) Well, that's YOUR opinion.

Has been good to folk I know in the past. They do both wholesale and they do online auctions.

Half boxes go for 90 cents at Walmart, normal boxes are $1.80-1.90 at most stores that carry them. Best of luck.
A ) I'll check them out.

B ) Where? I've been to several Walmarts in my life and I've never seen Pocky.

C ) Thanx. I'll need it.

There might not be a Japanese market near you, but in my area at least the Asian markets stock food items from various asian countries, Japan included. The one I go to is a small Thai market, but they also carry things like pocky, other snacks, and basic food items from Japan, China, Korea. It makes sense because if there isn't a large enough Thai community in the area they won't be able to sustain themselves.

My friends parents got him a lot of pocky at BJs (like a costco/ walmart) in MD, and even if you didn't have a membership I'm sure you could find someone who did (friend/relative/random craigslist person) and arrange something. But just for personal consumption, is it worth the $10 you'll save?

Yes, it IS worth the $10 I'll save, so long as I can have about 2-3 weeks worth of Pocky.

Recently discovered that they have Ramune here in the States, and it's called Marble Pop.

You get get it by the 16 pack for only $32 off of Amazon.com, where you can buy it in Original (Lemon-Lime), Blueberry, Green Apple, Strawberry and a variety pack with all four flavors.

I'm gonna try to get the variety pack.
