Fasting is amazing.

Sounds like nonsense, but when I fast I feel less sluggish, my brain seems to be more responsive, and overall I feel more productive.

Agree 100%. It always sound daunting, but you get used to it pretty quickly. I think after this one is done i'm going to stay away from soda for good. I've been drinking naturally sweetened 0 calorie water with my meals and I get the same taste satisfaction from it as I do soda. Every now and then I do really crave that burst of carbonation in my soda, but I guess that's what Perrier is for.

Something to take away from this: Ask your buddies who smoke pot to do it outside on their own property or park/campsite/whatever that is not near you in Colorado.

Well. Colorado works for far away from me as well as Luke. Not so much for the Game Sack guys and a handful of regulars. Not that one regular would care.

My father failed a random drug test for opium once because he'd eaten a lot of Czech desserts the weekend before. He warned them about it before hand and they dismissed it, not understanding just how many poppy seeds are in some of those dishes and desserts. They were wrong. He had to retest a week or two later.

Luke. For the future I wouldn't be worried. As long as nobody was in your house doing the stuff in about 3 days then there's not really a whole lot of concern to be had. Takes a lot to build up to that "30 days to clean" rule. Still, better safe than sorry I suppose. Plus I wouldn't want that smell in the house anyway.

That said. I don't use anymore except for very rare occasions (maybe 3 times a year?)

I don't care about it, but, I also actually really hate the smell. So if you all would kindly step about a football field away from me when you come to Colorado to stop bothering Luke and Hobie, that'd be great.

Went to the Michigan Pinball Expo and played a shit ton of Pinball. the place had over 125 machines that spanned almost every single generation of Pinball imaginable. My wife and I got there almost as soon as it opened, around 9 AM and there were a lot of people there already.

There is a lot of good and bad about having free play on pinball machines. People will jump on a machine, mash the start button and begin a four player game and play for an hour on one machine. Some machines even have 6-8 player options. Other people won't even take you into consideration if you are one of many in a line as they just start another game because they are so addicted to pinball. Those weird PSA from the 70's or whatever talking about the Dangers of Pinball was in full effect as I watched 40-somethings gyrating lasciviously against the vibrating cabinets.

One lady spent a good amount of time on the most recently developed Wizard of Oz machine, having to be asked to leave as she started up a total of 5 games consecutively while a line of five people where behind her waiting.

When we got home, I got a call for an interview with a job as part of data entry in a shipping department. It is a nice office job that pays well so fingers crossed!
