Well, that was quick.

ABC News wrote:The social media account is under the name Ivan Slipknot, rather than Ivan Lopez as the shooter has been identified by ABC News sources, but biographical details on the Facebook page match with what is known about the shooter and several of man’s neighbors and a Fort Hood official confirmed the images show Ivan Lopez. Slipknot is the name of a hardcore heavy metal band, seen in a couple pictures on the Facebook page.

Just once I'd like to see a crap band like Coldplay get blamed, for their inherent crappiness.

It's crazy to think that a grown man would be listening to Slipknot in 2014.

My fav metal band is still the original Black Sabbath, with Ozzy. I keep a burned disc of my favorites in the CD player in my truck. Their music will last for all times. The original song, Black Sabbath, is a great one, too. Very atmospheric with the rain and the way the music builds up. Then Ozzy's voice! Other favs include Ozzy's solo work, Dio, Metallica and some Danzig now and then.
They have escaped into the mansion where they thought it was safe, yet.

you should give the other Sabbath vocalists a shot. the Dio stuff is fantastic and the Tony Martin-era stuff isn't too shabby either.

i think Ozzy really got his stride at Sabbath Bloody Sabbath and Sabotage. those are my favorite Sabbath records and Ozzy's voice on Sabotage especially is insane. Symptom of the Universe is unreal.
