Hopefully I have a good excuse for not doing yardwork anymore.

I would recommend never buying a house in that case. I have been doing/helping do yardwork since I was about 6 years old.REPO Man wrote:

You can also get tubes to feed you and ventilators to breathe for you. There really is no logical reason to leave your bed...ever.

Smile: Got a raise this week and have appointments to go look at two houses. Both will have the space for a dedicated game room
