Have You Ever Lost a Game?

When i was at Drexel in 2002/2003 i had a copy of The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time Master Quest for Gamecube ( if i recall it was from pre-ordering Wind Waker). I never lent games out to anyone unless they were close friends, came home from school and ended up going to Rutgers. I opened the case in 2005 and the disc was gone. Case fully intact, i cant imagine who would have borrowed/took it. None of my friends had a Gamecube. If i ever lent a game out it went with the case, at least any disc game. I asked numerous people over the years and no one has it. Its the only game i ever lost, i just wish i knew who had the damn thing. . . . i need answers!

I had an original GBA and a copy of Pokemon Ruby inserted that went into a drawer in my bedroom one day, never to return. It couldn't have been in there for long, just my focus went to the PS2 for a while, so it went unplayed for a bit, and woosh, it vanished off the planet. There was also a copy of Super Circuit that went too.

The only other person in my room during that period was my mother sometimes, trying to wake me up for school, and she was working, so I assume it was the doing of the world's most unambitious burglar.

I lost my copy of Ocarina of Time for the Gamecube in a move from Baltimore to Atlanta where everything was crammed into a car for the drive/move.

I lost pokemon Platinum for the DS. I played over 100 hours on it, and caught over 300 pokemon. I bet someone stole it, Im always super careful with my pokemon games.

Went to college, thought, "OMG retro games in the dorms is totally cool"! Another guy had a SNES, let him borrow some of my games, Donkey Kong Country 2-3 and Mario Kart.. maybe others. Last day of classes, everyone is moving out and the guy is no where to be found.

lost? No. Stolen? Yes. How does 30 NES and complete Console sound like to you? They even tried stealing my car because the keys were found outside.

Yes. I have no idea where Breath of Fire III got to all those years ago, but I really miss owning a copy of that game. I'd recommend it to all of you who have never tried it.

I lost a Sonic CD. I have the case, but it's empty. I think maybe i left it in a X'eye I sold years ago.
