so I played my friends in SSF4, man I felt like a sloth doing moves, I couldn't chain anything except 2 hit combos.

After a while I switched to Guile and kept it simple. I also died a lot not realizing that there are two ultras in this game and not 1 like in vanilla ~.~.

learning any current FG to a proficient level is a long journey man. I always try to not sugarcoat it with new players, it's gonna suck and you will lose a lot, but that is how you learn. As long as you can not be mad and focus on why you are losing, you learn so much quicker.

In other words my friend- Good Luck getting back on the path of FG glory!

How is 3rd strikes netcode?

Fairly good, it uses GGPO and 3S isn't a very high packet-send game so ping is generally low even cross-country. If we play against some Californians you might notice some slight delays or an occasional EX/Super activation pause. But I find it as acceptable as any other 2D FG netcode.
