It's a pretty miserable film (the movie is all over the place), but I would rate it better than "okay" for one reason
I'd probably give it a 3.5 out of 5.
2.5 for me if I had to grade it as a whole. It's very forgettable.

Put OLIVER AND COMPANY on my queue. Loving me some animated films.

The best movies to watch in a theater are either animated movies or super overload blockbusters like Marve's The Avenger's.

I think animated movies still take the cake. The nuances really are breath taking, and there is something magical about watching an animated film on the big screen. Simplicity is key.

Agreed. We have a toddler so we try to take her to as many animated films as we can. We took her to see Frozen and she loved it. When it came out on dvd, we surprised her with it and it has pretty much been on a continuous loop in her room

You need to get that kid the original TMNT. I think the only movie I watched more as a kid than that was The Land Before Time.

Also, get that kid The Land Before Time. But none of the sequels. Don't even let the kid know the sequels exist.

You and I are cut from the same childhood movie cloth. The two most watched movies of my childhood were those too (TMNT 2 a close third, but don't judge me on that). Land Before Time is a great film, not just a family movie. Oh sweet sweet nostalgia.

Also, the original TMNT movie is probably as close as the series has gotten to what I feel embodies the series so greatly. It did risky things, created a broad range of emotions and starred Sam Rockwell as The Foot Tourguide at the beginning of the film....how can this movie do wrong!?

Advanced screening of THE RAID 2?

Yes please.

I'll be leaving shortly for Raleigh. Four hours of driving for a two hour movie? Sounds like a fair tradeoff.

?

She has already seen both of those and loves them  . She gets a wild hair and goes to my movie shelf and picks movies and wants to watch them and refuses to watch anything else. Through this method she has watched the original TMNT, Jurassic Park and the Tundercats.

RAID 2

See it.

My quickest, worst review ever: If you don't see it, you're being a dick to yourself.
