Two Idiots: http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/sideshow/ro ... .html?vp=1

You may have already watched this video.

1) Both people are equal idiots.

2) One person took the time to drive while filming/film while driving, using their mobile phone... Idiot.

3) Left lane is the passing lane, so the person on the mobile phone is also on the wrong side of the road...Idiot.

In conclusion: Both people involved are complete idiots and should have their licensees revoked until passing Luke's School of Driving, aka LSD INC.

Smile: One week till I'm hitched and I start my new job on Monday. What could go wrong!?

Frown: Yep, we just discovered we have termites in our bathroom. Because of course we did. I have a guy coming out this afternoon for an estimate. You long term homeowners - any advice or thoughts on what I should expect / look out for?
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Clueless on termites or costs involved. However, regarding a contractor / estimates. I'd suggest at least 3. Let the others know you have other estimates coming in too - this generally let's them know you know what you're doing and aren't going to overpay for what the work is. If God forbit it's a huge job - check contractor references too - any contractor worth his salt will have a list of references available at all times. Of course, if it turns out to be $100 job, no need for the dog and pony show.

Okay it's kind of confusing on there site I thought it would limit the account based upon location and prevent them from bidding/buying items when they were in an excluded region :P. Seeing as you can limit someones bidding/buying capabilities based on feedback/policy violations I thought excluding their country would do the same thing :P.

I am just annoyed in general by people who buy an item then just don't pay or contact sellers :P. I have never minded holding onto an item or canceling them if the purchase was on accident or they can't pay. However it bugs the living hell out of me when people just ignore the purchase altogether and expect it to go away on it's own.

This case is a good example of how it runs on average. This happens about 2-3 times a month  even more if you do auctions instead of buy it now.

March 18th: Item sells through buy it now option.
March 23rd: After giving the buyer a few days to pay/message me I contact her and learn the purchase was on accident. I then agree to cancel the transaction and tell her that a message should pop up shortly so that I can close the transaction.
March 23rd: Cancel transaction case opens.
March 29th: Buyer never responds.
March 30th: I can finally manually close the case get my $5+ final value fee credit back and relist the item.

Edit:
Actually you can block buyers from regions you don't ship to which I did have that turned on maybe the listing just fudged up :P.

Smile: It's been near a year since my Rock Band "Chopstick Chili Dog" has been together.

Reunited, and it will feel so good (although I'll still get crap for my singing voice) tonight.

Frown: As with most bands, there are still some dope smokers in my band. I'm no patriot, but if something is illegal, I'm not for it. Take that at face value. I don't make the laws, but I do abide by them.

A few things. You're falling into the "OMG LEFT LANE DRIVERS *#^%&%#($*^*&#$" trap I saw elsewhere when I saw this video yesterday. She was passing a truck that was in the right lane. This was not a major highway with only exits on the right hand side. Not only did she go through an intersection about the time the truck driver lost control, the video ended with her stopped in a left turn lane on the left side of their traveling lanes. So between passing the other truck and needing to be in the left hand lane for an upcoming left hand turn (and not just cut someone off 25 feet from the turn), her being in the left lane was fine at least as far as we see in the video. We don't know if there were more vehicles in the right hand lane that both she and the truck were passing. But she was passing that one vehicle, not just hanging out in the left lane, so if she was passing too slow for that guy, that's just too bad.

I think she was paying minimal attention to exactly where she was pointing the phone and probably mostly still paying attention to the road ahead since it is pointed at her B pillar and such for a bit. But yes she was somewhat distracted by it. The dude in the truck looked like he might have cut that other truck off, then went to pass, then slowed down, then sped up and waggled his middle finger while ignoring the road ahead. Then he lost control for no real reason that I could see and endangered others by swerving all over the road because of hin inattention. He was far more at fault the way it looks to me and it was some lovely schadenfruede to me as long as he wasn't badly hurt.

You mention a couple of "could haves", not "this is what happened(s)".

What we know for sure is that some idiot was driving while filming. No excuse for that nonsense.

I expand that to everyone I meet. That way I am pleasantly surprised by people.
