This needs some more support guys, even if you don't plan on actually buying anything. Voting is obligation-free!

a) Didn't really enjoy the PSP version;
b) Don't want to cater to this idea that a physical release is something I need to vote on.

Never played but I agree with "B". They should just do it. I went ahead and voted but I feel like I am held hostage if I want a physical copy.

I think gamers everywhere will rue the day when digital releases are all we get, so in my opinion and perspective, this is a stand against digital-only releases. I'm also a fan of the series, Working Designs, and Gaijinworks, so I really want to see this released. It's also likely to be very rare if it succeeds, and I'm always down with that.

When the all digital age hits I will be done with new games and it will be time to play my backlog. Seriously, I will die before I get through my current backlog. So many games, so little time.

Though, discounted digital releases are cool LOL, yeah I am a hypocrite, I have kids, I am allowed to be one LOL.

You guys do realize that doing a physical run costs a lot of up-front money that they only recoup if they set the majority of the copies they produce, right? The costs of a digital release are negligible; the actual localization costs are common to both.

Estimate actual sales based on historical data and then price your product keeping in mind cost and needed mark up to make it profitable where as the profit you need to make to operate your company. Yeah terrible run on sentence. Former purchasing manager, trust me I understand cost/profit.

They need to price it where it needs to be to make it profitable. Also, they need to be talking to distributors/stores to get orders in place to gauge there demand. Not rely on a bunch of internet people to gauge the interest. People who want it will gravitate there but there is no promise of purchase at the end of the day. I would rather have a purchase forecast from all of my distribution (and other) companies/people to gauge where it needs to be priced/produced.

If it needs to be 100 bucks to make it worth it, then so be it. If it needs to be 9.99 then so be it. They need to do there own work though, not have an internet vote. Take pre-orders if nothing else, if sales do not end up where you need them then cancel and refund money. Many better ways to handle this.
