@SpaceBooger

why would you want the casing of an iMac for the Dreamcast? I would understand if you used its CRT but.. in this case you took out the monitor too. Are you going for the Kiosk look?
Because of this:

Which is emulating this:

Honestly I have thought about doing it with mine, but I am still scared of the damn CRT. I would mount a pc inside of it instead with a kvm and external VGA hookup, instead of just a Dreamcast though.

Edit:
And thanks to Spacebooger I have spent the last hour or so looking up how to fit components I have on hand into the case...

I added a LCD because I also did not want to mess with the danger of 1000 volts in the CRT.

Right now the only thing that is mounted is the screen and the DC is sitting behind it. I just ordered small amplified speakers the same size as the imac Ports. The controller cord comes out where the usb used to be. The power cord, 3 of them, come out where the Mac power was.
I used the plastic port that hid the Macs VGA out, with a little trimming, and that is where I access the DC to change discs.
It's pretty basic and I will permanently attach everything when I'm happy with the layout.

ugh I fucking loath this one PSO quest. The one where you gotta escort the dude thru the Mines to fight the centipede boss. It's the worst. The boss is hard enough, but the dude always dies. UGH!

Being a RAcast and having no way to heal him, you'll need to stock up on Star Atomizers. Easier said than done because they're never sold. You'll have to mow down mobs so that he'll conserve his monomates. Then mow down the boss quickly.

This quest got amended in PSO Episode 1 & 2. He just lies on the raft while you attack the boss. Sonic Team must've realized it's a troublesome quest.

Escort missions always suck. 98% of the time the person dies if they so much as stub their toe or an enemy sneezes on them and the other 2% of the time they're too competent (or have the health of the Empire State Building) and you can just let them do everything.

that's the thing though, in PSO none of them are a problem except this one. It's the quest I dread every time I start a new offline game. Although in fairness, after I made that post and shut the console off in disgust, I looked and my strategy guide and was like "oh yeah! Star Atomizers... right." Because I have a bunch of those. :oops:

What's your official DC game count now, Noise?
I am buying all Saturn games, PM me with your offerings and I will let you know if I need the game or not! (Everything must be CIB)

Currently trying to knock off all the sports games, would like to get them <$5 each! Of course if you would like to donate them I will gladly pay the shipping! :)
