Oh man, this is where we completely differ! It's my favorite arc of any anime, ever!

Then again, nostalgia tends to turn me into a fanboy. It's ok, I'm fine with it, I suppose :p

I mean, once you get to the big one, there are, like, 2 more, each 25ish episodes? around there? Anyway, yeah, 112 eps

You can kind of divide the series up into 4 arcs. The first chunk isn't too attached though, but from there it gets easy to divide them up.

I don't want to say the word or spoil anything about the second arc and what it is... but yeah get ready for 50 episodes of that. lol

Flame of Recca is worth a look if you're a fan of YYH or vice versa. Pretty similar stuff. The Recca anime wasn't too long and cut out some good stuff though.

Thanks for the recommendation! I'll have to check it out. I'm traditionally more a fan of shorter anime anyway (once it gets into the 50s, I'm normally like, "Okay, I get it". I make an exception for YYH, though :p)

Been watching Attack on Titan in addition to my frequent viewing of One Piece.

AoT is quite badass.

Really hate where the ended the AoT anime. I was actually liking it better then the manga since they hardly cut anything and they moved the training camp section around so that you got to know the characters a little better before all hell broke loose . Can't wait till Season 2 though the manga started to pick up and get more interesting at the point right after where they ended it.

Great series. Really wish it had a longer run.
