Ban yourself.
It goes like this:
1. Whut... The Album
2. Muddy Waters/Doc's da Name (totally a tie in my book but maybe that's because of my age seeing as doc's is the first hip hop album I bought)
3. Dare iz a Darkside
4. Malpractice
And pretty much everything after malpractice is terrible. Redman is absolutely amazing live though. I mean it just absolutely incredible if he ever does a show near you go and see him.
I'm with Noise. It goes:
1. Muddy Waters
2. Dare Iz A Darkside
3. Whut? Thee Album
4. the rest are interchangeable.
Doc's Da Name 2000 was meh, just as Method Man's Tical 2000 album was. That era could have had so many more better albums if the artists didn't feel the need to make every other track a god-damn skit! I mean, Tical 2000 is 28 tracks deep and half of that shit is talking. Malpractice was like 24 tracks too.
Keeping with the Redman theme, did anyone check the Remixxes mixtape he put out last year? He sounded hungrier than ever!

I'm so with you on this. 2000 is so frustrating because of that mess that I never bother to listen to it. I liked Tical 0 and even 4:20 way better.
Yeah Tical 0 was better but did have a lot of guests when I think my favourite track was actually the only solo one: Act Right. 4:20 The Day After was slept on, perhaps because Wu-Tang was no longer 'relevant'. A shame, there's some tracks on there where Meth is just attacking that mic!

I haven't heard it. A lot of guys whose opinions I'd respect are telling me it's good though. I might give it a listen at some point.
Beats are ill, lyrics are doo doo. Perfect mix for mes and mine.
I tell ya what, it's difficult as fractional long division for me to rank the best stand alone Wu albums, but Raekwon had some amazing energy when it came to laying vocals on a typical Wu Tang beat.
That's not snaps, but props for the Chef being able to stand out in a crowd of incredible dope droppers.
