OH. I see what happened. (Thanks darsparx for pointing it out)

This sucks balls.

Basically, ChanServ left and as a result no one was getting auto-voiced and as a result, couldn't speak.

I got everyone out and re-opened the channel. Sadly, the server data for that time is gone. (over a year!) And ChanServ will have to be set up again.

Hopefully, the voicing nonsense won't be needed now. At the time we had some users coming in to spam and annoy people :\

Anyway, it's back up!
