It is bizarre to me to call it the 'rainfall collection'. The games were released at seperate times, developed by different companies and are unrelated in plot, mechanics, universe and characters. Just because some random internet people compaigned to get them all released doesn't mean it justifies calling them all by that moniker.

Ok so they have nothing in common with each other. But my question is since i am on a tight budget are those games worth the money to save for and get in a month or so while there still out there or get the games I've been wanting to get now like the titles i mentioned earlier.

What do you want people to say to you? Do you like JRPGs? If you do, then yes, you'll like them. If you don't, then obviously you won't. Try looking gameplay videos up on Youtube or reading reviews on gaming sites.

I never played jrpg's so I was asking people here what they thought on those games and if it's worth the value especially since those were the last few games that came out on the wii and you know in a year or two you won't be able to get them. That's all i'm asking. If there great games and people have had experience and are telling me you will love them then cool ill save up and get them. If I'm hearing from people's mouth's that there complex and it's not a series to start on if your going to try rpg's then I'll save my money. That's all i'm asking brother

THIS. The beautiful cover on the previous page obviously not official since it has that non affiliated Rainfall Logo. Still, a nice box to put all three cases in showing a bit of history in how Wii Xeonoblade got a US release.

@ mas - Seriously, just try to buy a game if you really want to PLAY it, but don't buy it just because it might go up in value later. You are getting back to your old habits which we all have the sickness of; the rampant collecting of games we really don't need.

I admit sometimes snatching games when there is a huge price disparity between Online and say Gamestop or Swap Meet Finds. However, not to resell just to play. I just cannot pass up a great price. Do I really need two copies of a Metroid Trilogy or yet another USB Trakball? Sometimes I justify my unnecessary purchase by thinking it is a backup. :D

This time try not to sell what you buy, you lose money every time you go thru these cycles accompanied with a post asking what to sell and buy.

I don't know the going rate on the games in the US, but I adored Xenoblade. Without knowing if you like JRPGs though, its hard to recommend. It's not exactly a cheap starting point in the genre. Again, watching gameplay videos is probably the way to go. Nothing I can compare it to will make sense if you haven't played anythign else in the genre.

Not played the other 2.

Here is what I would say go ahead and grab Pandora at game stop it's only $20 new and they are down to their last few copies. Price is only going to go up from here. Just use pick up at store to check around your area around me every store has a copy but they arae listing it as "low stock" which usually means they only have 1 or 2.

The Last Story still has a possibility of going lower maybe at gamestop since they still have new copies they are selling online. One they get down to their last copies most stores will knock off $10 like they did with the limited edition Killer is Dead games over the last week or 2. That's how I got my copy it was the display copy so they had it priced at $20. Then again it's been sitting pretty firm at $30 for a while now so there is no guarantee.

I'm still skeptical about buying Xenoblade Chronicles at the moment what I would tell you to do is watch for a B2G1 sale to pop up and then storm the store before anyone has a chance to pick up any of the refurbished copies. Could also grab a copy of Metroid Trilogy if they have it.

Quite a few Wii games are being cleared out in the UK at the moment. I just picked this up for £25 new:
