It looks solid but the writing/dialogue is godawful. Look up some videos sometimes.

In any event, those are great, unique pick ups. That said - and having suffered through it myself and recognizing its impact on Japanese game design - I have no idea why you would put yourself through Phantasy Star II again.

Played a little of PSII on PS2 (haha) earlier. This version is great - it's really more of a remake than an enhanced port. The battle system is overhauled and vastly superior. There are two other Sega Ages Phantasy Star games so I'll have to get those eventually too...

Forgot to mention in my earlier post that Langrisser III has another (top) cover with lenticular printing, but I removed it because my camera flash didn't like it much. Been a while since I've seen a game with that kind of artwork, how very 90s...
