Suddently i got a "ugh enough of this" from dead space... i feel they just throw too many enemies and i'm like in chapter... 6 or 7? Im only like half way on the game.

Maybe it is because i only use 3 weapons and i don't have much diversity.

Would you rather take turns behind cover with only two guns shooting generic humanoid enemy types instead?

Still my favorite trilogy next to Mass Effect last gen.

Game is certainly a few hours too long.

Good point, this remind me that i need to get mass effect trilogy.

Time to give another go on dead space... maybe it wasn't the best idea to play it on hard on my first play

The last few chapters get pretty tough, but the formula doesn't really change too much, so you should be fine if you've gotten this far. I beat all three games using only the plasma cutter, so don't worry about mixing and matching weapons.

My collection is finally getting to where I want it to be... almost everything except for my Atari games is cased up and those are going into the next batch of cases I buy (besides NES -- waiting until I can afford Bitboxes for them), all but a handful have artwork printed for them, and I have bookshelves displaying them nicely, albeit a tiny bit cramped. I should probably buy another 1 or 2 bookshelves, they were cheap.

I'm allllllmost where I want to be for system display, though I need to build another shelf or two to go above my TV if I want to get them all out. Bought some velcro strips to keep wires organized when they're not used (I unplug my systems, both because I haven't bothered to get enough system switchers yet and because I've had problems before with overloading outlets even just from the trickle draw of power from a system that's turned off). Need to pick up one of those over-the-door shoe organizers to get controllers organized better.

Next step I think will be trying to clean cartridges inside and out (and the connectors on the consoles too, since cleaning one without the other is kinda silly). This is kinda exciting, for the past few years collecting more than playing has been my hobby so if I finally get the collection where I want it I might get back to playing more again. And this is going to be the first time, ever basically, that my collection is displayed well. Certainly the first time in probably a decade, and it's gotten exponentially bigger since then.

I played a little bit of Bionic Commando 2009 earlier and came across something that pissed me off. When you first get your bionic arm, you are sent to a tutorial level. As you expect, you learn several techniques during this tutorial. Now, you would think that you'd be able to use these newly acquired techniques on the first baddies you encounter. Nope, you have to come to certain points in the game wherein you're taught the technique again. If you have to be told how to do the move before you can use it, then what the hell's the point of the tutorial?! :x

Is there a website that specifically reviews add-on and DLCs to games?
