I went to the game store today and they are selling a huge pile of 3rd party used N64 expansion paks for $30+10% tax each! :shock:

I remember when I used to buy these there for $10 last year.

Yeah, welcome to Texas. If the dad felt like he was protecting his daughter from a would be burglar or rapist then should he go to jail? Or should the daughter be culpable for lying saying she didnt know him.

No, more like good thing for the dad he isnt white...
I actaully didnt know the race of either when I first read this story and my work browser wont load pictures.

He is hiding under daughters bed, brother runs tells the dad who think an intruder is in his daughters room. Daughter tells dad she doesnt know him, which continues to suggest an intruder. He makes a move and dad shoots. Should he go to jail for what he felt was protecting his family?
