Apparently this was a retro-platformer that started life as a Flash game, was then announced to be ported to NES, and has just today been announced as coming to Dreamcast!
Very little info, but the publisher CollectorVision looks pretty legit.

Any new game is generally good news for our DC. Saw some pics looks like NES or early 16bit graphics. Fine by me as long as the game is sound. I dont needs no fancy graphics.
