I can't open my nes case

I just use a regular old philips-head screwdriver. What exactly is your problem? Unless you're talking about carts; then you need a special tool.

Use a smaller philips head then you think you'll need. I always have to go back and get another philips head with a smaller tip then what it looks like (to me at least) whenever i switch out pin connectors.

Make sure your screws aren't stripped also.

yeah it's just plain ol screws. the plastic can get striped from over tightening. here's a image of the case so you should be able to see where the screw posts are. check it

I can only assume someone's superglued it back on, i don't think the screws are even in
