Oh hey, a post from me in 2012

Looks like I was a total moron, no surprise there. A thread about challenging RPGs, and I bring up Legend of Dragoon :?

We apologize for the confusion as of February 20, 2014 sales for the Chrono Trigger app on Android has been suspended. Due to this you would be unable to purchase and download this app. If you had previously purchased this app you can re-download the game from your "My Apps" section of the Google Play Store. This game should work properly on devices running Android versions 4.2 or earlier currently. Unfortunately we do not know when this app will be available again for purchase at this time. Please keep checking the Google Store for when sales are restored.

Thank you for contacting the SQUARE ENIX Support Center.
Got this email from SE. One dollar says it won't be back on the play store till 2016 or whenever 5.0 comes out. Which ever happens last.

What could even be the problem?

It's a mystery. If your phone can run android 4.2 though, it can probably run a SNES emulator.
