bully version help

Post by RCBH928 »

i really would like to play this game, but i dont own ps2 or ps3
so when it was made for 360 and wii, i was going to buy the 360 version

it just happens that I got wii version, can you tell me if there is any preference to them? i got both wii and 360 , and i am wondering which is best to buy the game for. I am afraid wii controls ruined the game or something

I have the Wii version and I have played the PC version (a Xbox 360 port). The only differences are the controls and the graphics. While the Wii version looks better than the PS2 version, it is still inferior to the X360 or PC versions. However, I really like the Wii controls and the 'classes' you have to take fare much better with the Wiimote, especially biology. Gameplay-wise all of them are the same except for the PS2 version which isn't the scholarship edition and thus doesn't have the added class minigames and several missions that were added. My brother really gets a kick out of fighting with the Wiimote, so if you don't want to flail your arms around to fight then I would suggest another version (but why did you buy a Wii in the first place if you don't want to flail your arms about!?), but I would suggest the Wii version because it seems the most immersive to me.

I'm actually playing the Wii version right now, and enjoying its story and environment more than any GTA game I've played.

Must admit that the fighting does get old, however...

is it possible that you are recommending the wii version over the 360?

I played the ps2 version. I really would like to see the additional content. I just don't see waggling a wiimote to do most of the stuff in it...ugh

I've got the PS2 version. I too enjoyed it much more than any of the GTA games for it's storyline. It isn't as much of a sandbox game though due to curfews. It was one of the main things that bugged me about Majora's Mask. I hate having freedom taken away from me as a game mechanic. I prefer unlocking things at my own pace. I don't want to be pestered by an in-game clock.

However I enjoyed Shenmue immensely, which also featured an in-game clock but at least it wasn't as restrictive as MM. Hmm...
